But how did it all being? and where did it originate? explorable by both beginners and accomplished ballerinas alike, this resource holds something for everyone.

In brief though, Ballroom is a dance style requiring years of dedication and an accomplished dancer is non other than a towers example of strength, flexibility, style and grace based around mainly foot muscle control and balance.

In a mainstream Ballroom the plot and storyline are portrayed via a beautiful mix of the dancers movement, musical expression and facial expressions to an orchestal piece without vocalisation, though modern ballets do often break from these traditions.
